What’s the optimal amount of protein I should consume daily?

Depending on activity level and goals, aim for 0.36–1 gram of protein per pound of body weight daily. Nonfiction bars make it easier to meet that goal.

Are Nonfiction bars only for athletes or bodybuilders?

Not at all! Our bars are for everyone—from office warriors to gym-goers. Protein is a daily essential, not just a workout supplement.

Can I consume too much protein?

Are Nonfiction bars gluten-free?

While not certified gluten-free, our bars contain no wheat-based ingredients. However, they are produced in facilities where wheat may be present.

Are the bars suitable for people with allergies?

Our bars contain simple ingredients found in nature; tree nuts (almonds), milk, and soy, and may contain traces of peanuts, eggs, sesame, and wheat. We recommend you consult your healthcare provider or nutritionist to confirm if Nonfiction bars are suitable.

How long do the bars last? How should I store them?

Store below room temperature and consume before the best-by date. Each bar stays fresh thanks to its natural formulation, without preservatives.

How are your bars sweetened?

We use real Canadian honey—no erythritol, sucralose, stevia, or sugar alcohols that cause bloating or taste artificial.

Are Nonfiction bars made with seed oils?

No seed oils, palm oils, or artificial oils—only natural fats from ingredients like almonds and cocoa butter.

Are they high in fiber?

Each bar contains 4g of fiber to support digestion without using synthetic additives.

Are your bars keto-friendly or low-carb?

They are moderately low in carbs but not strictly keto. Each bar has around 22g of carbs with 15g of protein and 14g of natural sugar.

Are your bars Kosher?

Currently, our products are not certified Kosher.
