While not certified gluten-free, our bars contain no wheat-based ingredients. However, they are produced in facilities where wheat may be present.
Our bars contain simple ingredients found in nature; tree nuts (almonds), milk, and soy, and may contain traces of peanuts, eggs, sesame, and wheat. We recommend you consult your healthcare provider or nutritionist to confirm if Nonfiction bars are suitable.

They are moderately low in carbs but not strictly keto. Each bar has around 22g of carbs with 15g of protein and 14g of natural sugar.
