Refund policy

Nothing is more important than your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email contact@nonfictionbar.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Currently, we are accepting returns/refunds on a case-by-case basis, but we will always work to make sure you're satisfied. A restocking fee may or may not apply. Non-food items such as merchandise are not eligible for a return and are final sale. 

If your order arrives damaged, then please take pictures and keep the products as we may be asking for photos and the damaged products. Once a claim has started and been approved, we will aim to resolve the issue by providing a return shipping label and a refund within 5-7 business days.
