Shipping policy
We aim to have all orders shipped out within 48 business hours and provide you with a confirmation email and a trackable link. Our orders are shipped via Canada Post, and in the case a package becomes lost, damaged, or stolen, we ask that a complaint is filed with Canada Post as it becomes the responsibility of the courier once it leaves our warehouse. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the package gets rerouted from your address to a Canada Post office and you have not picked up your package, a refund will be issued to you minus taxes, shipping costs, and a $15 restocking fee.
Currently we are only shipping to addresses within Canada but if you are interested in receiving an order outside Canada, please email contact@nonfictionbar.com and we can figure something out.
